Some travelers like a more step-by-step approach for finding their career purpose. For those, we offer The Google Map. This is a Future Map that includes a plan for how to achieve appropriate goals.

This package includes a 20-minute pre-consult, complete online assessment with the Highlands Battery, a two-hour Future Mapping session to interpret the results and 6 hours of coaching by phone or in person to develop a step-by-step plan.  This process not only considers natural strengths and personality, it also includes feedback, and a practical guide to realizing dreams delving deeper into the eight key factors: values, skills, abilities, interests, family of origin, goals, personal style, career development.  For students who are undergoing college selection, aim me provides resources toward finding a school and major that match attitude, interests and aptitude. For those exiting school or in the midst of life change, aim me provides a career path that fits education, experience and talents.  $1180.

     

Many travelers don’t leave home without knowing that they’ll have guidance at every step along the way. That’s why we offer The GPS. This Future Map begins with talents, personality and strengths, proceeds to planning a path and then provides guidance for the times when there are crossroads—a school or major to choose, a resume to prepare, a job to take. This includes a 20-minute pre-consult, complete online assessment with the Highlands, two-hour Future Mapping session to interpret the results and up to 12 hours (in one hour increments of mapping or workshop sessions) 3/6 months of additional assistance including resume consulting, regular Future Map review to confirm or change course, or job/college interview preparation.
