Amy is a graduate of Michigan State University, originally from Grand Rapids, MI. Her fondness for boiled peanuts and magnolia trees landed her dad gum in the center of Georgia.  Who knew?

She personally found the life coaching process to be transformational.  The knowledge and skills developed through completing the the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) www.thecoaches.com program encouraged the development of aim me.

She is eager to share her knowledge with others who crave peace, love, happiness and directionality.

Growing up in an alcoholic family inspired her to strive and thrive for a better way of life, not only for her children but for future generations.

Amy continues to grow and develop strategies and techniques to better living.  "It's a process and one worth dedicating my life to." says Amy. She continues to pursue programs and additional degrees toward her specialty of career and life coaching, effective parenting and healthy living.
